allow 4-6 weeks for delivery since each back pack is
meticulously handcrafted and made to order. Certain production
times are therefore required.

offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a
refund (less shipping charges). Pay Pal refunds will be given
upon receipt of returned merchandise in good condition.
